“SOFT SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME FOR MIDDLE GRADE OFFICERS” SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED AT THE SFHQ (WEST )

A training programme, Directed by Commander of the Army focusing to develop Soft Skills of the Middle Grade Officers of the Sri Lanka Army was conducted under the guidance of Major General Mahinda Mudalige, Commander Security Forces West at the Auditorium - RHQ SLLI from 04 November to 08 November 2019.

The Course Offered by “Soft Skillz International” and trained 21 Officers to be effective public speakers were Offered Certificates on the final day. Colonel Bimal Jayasinghe, Colonel General Staff of the SF HQ - West as the Chief Guest attended the Certificate awarding ceremony.
