WEST TROPS CONDUCT A SHRAMADANA CAMPAIGN

A contingent of Army personnel from 15 Drone Regiment Sri Lanka Artillery of 142 Infatry Brigade under the Security Forces (West) conducted a Shramadana campaign at Meegoda Meditation Center on 29 April 2023, as per the request made by the incumbent of the Meditation Center.

Thereby, Army personnel lent their contribution by cleaning the surroundings of the temple and cutting the weeds that had grown in and around the temple premises.

Further, the project was launched under the close supervision of the Commander, 142 Infantry Brigade and Commanding Officer, 15 Drone Regiment, Sri Lanka Artillery, with the approval of the Commander, Security Forces (West).
