Troops of the 14 Division under the Security Force Headquarters - West (SFHQ-West) on the directions of Major General Sathyapriya Liyanage, Commander, Security Forces - West took part in the programmes, held in connection with the International Yoga Day.
The series of programmes at Colombo 7, Independence Square that commenced on June (23), to coincide with the International Yoga Day continued until Sunday (1).
A group of 100 Army troops of the 14 Division, including 4 Officers on Sunday (1) supported the programme organizers, ‘Sudasuna Yoga Yathanaya’ who had reserved the day for Army personnel.
Troops of the Sri Lanka Armoured Corps, Sri Lanka Electrical & Mechanical Engineers and Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps took part in the programme.
