WEST TROOPS ORGANIZED A DARMADESANA PROGRAMME AT BODHIRAJARAMAYA ARMY TEMPLE - PANAGODA

As per the instructions given by the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General HLVM Liyanage RWP RSP ndu, members of the Army Buddhist Association and Security Forces Headquarters (West) organized a “Sumadura Darmadesana” programme at Bodhirajaramaya Army temple, Panagoda on 08 September 2022.

Meanwhile, the Darmadesana programme was coordinated through the Security Forces Headquarters (West) and all the necessities had been properly arranged at the location under the close supervision of the Commander Security Forces (West) and the Chairman of the Army Buddhist Association, Major General D M K D B Pussella RWP RSP.

Furthermore, this programme was conducted in line with the 73rd anniversary of the Sri Lanka Army. Around 250 Army personnel from Army cantonment, Panagoda and Volunteer Force Headquarters and more than 50 residents who are living in the general area Panagoda were attended the Darmadesana programme.
