Logistic Command SFHQ (West) took the challenge in arranging the facilities for the course with the guidance of Commander SF (West). The opening address was delivered by the Centre Commandant Sri Lanka Artillery emphasizing the critical importance and necessity of the subject areas for all levels of employments of the Army.
A total of 35 young officers from various regiments were present for the course. Qualified instructors from relevant headquarters have been nominated to conduct sessions on their specialized areas.
