On the direction of the Maj Gen Mahinda Mudalige - Commander Security Forces (West), a series of lecture programme has been organized from 27 January to 10 February 2020 at the lecture hall RHQ SLE, Panagoda for the officers who are appearing for the Captain to Major promotion exams in 2020.
Colonel Bimal Jayasinghe, Col Gs -SFHQ (West) graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and delivered the opening address. 60 Officers serving in SFHQ (West) AOR were present on the first day lecture session.
