Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe, Commander, Security Force Headquarters-West (SFHQ-West) visited the 141 Brigade and the 8 Battalion Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) camp on Tuesday (17) during a field visit to the SFHQ-West formations.\r\n\r\nThe visiting SF Commander was welcomed by the Commander, 141 Brigade and Commanding Officer, 8 SLLI on arrival at the places.\r\n\r\nLater on the same day, Major General Ranasinghe visited several key points where special troops are deployed for security and met them.\r\n\r\nThe visiting SF Commander gave away instructions to the Commanders of the those troops for improving the security plans in the areas.
