As a customary gesture of respect and camaraderie, Brigadier K T P De Silva RSP ndu psc, the newly appointed General Officer Commanding of the 61 Infantry Division, paid a courtesy visit to Major General Lanka Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc, the Commander Security Forces (West), on Monday, October 14th.
