A total of 19 Officers and around 120 Other Ranks of Security Forces Headquarters (West), directed by Major General D M K D B Pussella RWP RSP, Commander, Security Forces (West), listened to an invaluable lecture and discussion on ‘Problem Solving Steps’, delivered by Brigadier K V N P Premaratne RSP USP psc, Brigadier General Staff of Security Forces (West).
This lecture session was conducted at the Regimental Headquarters Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers lecture hall, Army cantonment-Panagoda on 12 October 2022 coinciding with the routine Wednesday training day programme.
Through the lecture and discussion, participants were educated on how to identify problems and ways to solve them with examples. In addition to that, the participants were also given an opportunity to clarify their doubts by having Q & A session.
