FOSTERING UNITY AND TEAMWORK: SFHQ (WEST) HOSTS ALL-RANKS LUNCH FOR 12TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

The Security Forces Headquarters (West) marked its 12th anniversary with a vibrant celebration, paying tribute to its rich legacy of dedication, tradition, and unity. Combining formal military ceremonies with cherished customs, the event highlighted the shared pride and strong bonds among all ranks.

As part of the anniversary celebrations, an All-Ranks lunch was held on November 19th at the Corporals’ Club, Regimental Headquarters Corps of Engineer Services. This distinguished event brought together Staff Officers, Other Ranks, and Civil Servants in a spirit of comradeship and tradition. Major General Lanka Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc, Commander Security Forces (West), graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, making it a memorable and significant celebration.

The event provided an opportunity to recognize and appreciate the contributions of all personnel who play crucial roles in the success of SFHQ (West). Addressing the gathering, Major General Lanka Amarapala commended their dedication and enthusiasm, emphasizing their efforts toward achieving the organization’s shared goals.
