The Commanding Officer of Sri Lanka Air Force Station-Koggala, Group Captain C J Godakanda paid a courtesy call on the newly appointed General Officer Commanding of 61 Infantry Division Major General R A J N Ranasinghe RSP USP ndc at the GOC’s office in Boossa on 26 Sep 2023.
During their interaction, Major General Janaka Ranasinghe and Group Captain C J Godakanda engaged in discussions on various topics of bilateral importance and mutual interest. These discussions likely covered a range of subjects related to their respective military responsibilities and cooperation.
Symbolizing the strengthening of ties and cooperation between the Sri Lanka Air Force and the 61 Infantry Division, the visiting Group Captain C J Godakanda was awarded with a memento as a token of appreciation to mark his arrival to the Headquarters 61 Infantry Division premises.
