Major General Sathyappriya Liyanage, Commandant - Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force (SLAVF), Overall Operations Commander (Western Province and Puttalam District) and the Commander - SF (West) made a formal visit to the 58 Division, on Wednesday(03) July 2019.
A Guard Turnout was presented to the Commander at the arrival of the HQ 58 Division in accordance with military formalities and the Commander SF (West) was warmly welcome by Major General HMJK Gunrathne WWV RWP RSP ndc psc, Commander 58 Division.
During the visit Commander addressed the troops at HQ 58 Division and planted a tree sapling to mark the visit. Before the departure he did not forget to add a complimentary remark in the Visitor's Book.
