Major General Mahindra Mudalige, Commander SF (West) on Wednesday (24) evening delivered his first formal address for more than 1000 troops, serving in the Army Cantonment after his assumption of office as the Commander SF (West)
During the troop address at the Army Physical Training School (APTS) Panagoda, the Commander stressed the importance of collective commitment. Moreover, the Commander highlighted the importance of discipline at all levels, maintenance of proper coordination and communications and continuation of excellent dedicated services
