Responding to a request made by the OKI International School - Negombo, Army Personnel of 141 Infantry Brigade volunteered to donate blood to the Central Blood Bank at Narahenpita on 13 June 2022.
The said Blood donation programme was organized by OKI International School – Negombo with the assistance of a medical team from the Narahenpita General Hospital and Army personnel from 141 Infantry Brigade of Security Forces (West).
Further, there were around 40 Army Personnel who donated their blood for this noble task.
