On the directions of the Commander, Security Forces - West Major General Wasantha Abrew, troops of Security Force Headquarters - West rushed to prevent a fast spreading fire at a shop in Homagama, kandalanda area at around 1950 hrs on 22 February 2021.
Its further spread was prevented and fire was successfully controlled by the troops with the assistance of the fire brigade of Sri Jayawardenapura - Kotte.
