Colonel C.S Munasinghe of Sri Lanka Artillery assumed duties as 9th Brigade Commander of the 141 Brigade-based in Veyangoda on Monday (6).
The new Brigade Commander signed a formal document at the auspicious minute and symbolized the official acceptance of new appointment amid religious observances.
Afterwards, he addressed the troops and joined for refreshments with All Ranks.
Commanding Officers of under command Battalions, Staff Officers of the Brigade, Officers and Other Ranks attended the occasion.
