Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage RWP RSP ndu, the Commander of the Army, handed over a newly constructed house to Mrs. Suganya in Evenai, Jaffna on 25 August 2024.
15 Sri Lanka National Guard (SLNG) constructed the house extending their manpower with the financial generosity of Mr. Sumi Sinnaiya and his family and the Wanni Aid Canada Association.
The project was coordinated by Major General Ravi Rathnasingam (Retd).
Major General M.G.W.W.W.M.C.B Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, Commander, Security Forces (Jaffna), Major General W.B.J.K. Wimalarathne RWP RSP, General Officer Commanding, 51 Infantry Division, Brigadier B.A.D.R.A.C Wijesekara RSP USACGSC, Commander, 511 Infantry Brigade, Senior Officers, Government Officials and civilians attended the inauguration.
