Army War College Instills the Future Leaders on Leadership Challenges (Command’s Experience)

The Army War College conducted a lecture on Leadership Challenges (Command’s Experience) with the assistance of Major General MGWWWMCB Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, Commander Security Forces (Jaffna) as the visiting lecture on 05 April 2024. The visiting speaker was warmly welcomed by the Major General UKDDP Udugama RWP RSP USP ndu psc, the Commandant of Army War College on his arrival. The Jaffna Commander delivered an eloquent speech that enlightened the audience on his Command Experience over 35 years of Military life. All participants were inspired by the speech, in which the speaker shared his expertise, knowledge and experience.

The questions and answers session fittingly facilitated the student officers to get their doubts clarified where the enthusiastic participants actively interacted with the speaker to clear their doubts. In appreciation of the intellectual assistance to the Army War College, the Commandant presented a memento to the Guest Speaker.

There were about 150 participants who attended the speech in the evening including the Commandant, Deputy Commandant, Senior Instructors, Directing Staff, 19 x Students of Senior Command Course- 10, 65 x Students of Junior Command Course - 29 and 19 x Students of Junior Staff Course- 25.
