Jaffna Security Forces Commander Addresses the Warrant Officers and Senior Non Commission Officers and Educates them on a Variety of Concerns

The Commander Security Forces Jaffna Major General Chandana Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc addressed the Warrant Officers and Senior Non Commission Officers of the Security Forces Headquarters and affiliated establishments in the morning on 14th February 2024.

Setting out his vision inline with the Army’s core values for the Security Force Headquarters in future and commenting on current issues and tense social developments, the Jaffna Commander in his comprehensive address focused particularly on the role and tasks of the Warrant Officers and Senior Non Commission Officers for maintenance of relations with the fellow soldiers, practical approaches and possibilities for resolution through dialogue, maintenance of goodwill and restraint, maintenance of Army dignity and discipline etc.

He also commended the Warrant Officers and Senior Non Commission Officers for the performance in their respective roles to maintain the rapport of the people in Jaffna.
