The SL Army troops conducted a beach cleaning programme with the guidance of Commander 521 Infantry Brigade on 14 January 2024 at Point Pedro beach in order to uplift the environmental standards of the area. Officers and Other Ranks of 521 Infantry Brigade participated in this event and it was highly appreciated by the civilian of the area.
