In a touching display of compassion and dedication, the 553 Infantry Brigade celebrated the 74th Anniversary of the Sri Lanka Army with a series of community projects in the Visuamadu area under the leadership of Brigadier Saman Perera RSP, the Commander of the 553 Infantry Brigade.
On this significant occasion, troops of the 553 Infantry Brigade and the 6 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment joined hands to entertain the residents with lunch at Namachivaya Elders’ Home in Tharmapuram. In another heartwarming act of benevolence, troops of the 14 Sri Lanka National Guard orchestrated a delightful lunch for children at the Theravil Kanoji Pre-School.
