Coincident with the celebration of 74th Anniversary of Sri Lanka Army, troops of 521 Brigade and hospital staff have conducted a cleaning programme at Manthikai Hospital premises on 10th October 2023 with the guidance of Commander – 521 Infantry Brigade. Uplifting the standards of the environment in the hospital is aimed to achieve and will benefit for the public.
