The 52 Infantry Division, in collaboration with the 74th Army Day, recently embarked on two impactful missions in Northern Sri Lanka. On October 8th, they extended a warm gesture by providing a nutritious lunch to 35 individuals with special needs at the Yal Visually Impaired Association in Kaithadi. The following day, October 9th, 40 dedicated soldiers engaged in a Shramadhana campaign at the Mirisuvil Divisional Hospital.
These commendable efforts were executed under the guidance of General Officer Commanding, 52 Infantry Division, Major General YABM Yahampath RWP RSP ndu psc and supervision of Brigadier WLAC Perera RWP RSP USP, Deputy Commander of the 52 Infantry Division. These initiatives exemplify the division's unwavering commitment to the welfare of the community, embodying the spirit of compassion and service.
