With the aim of providing economic assistance to low income families in Uduvil - Jaffna, a dry ration distribution programme was conducted on 06 September 2023.
The event was organized by the General Officer Commanding, 51 Infantry Division, Major General WajiraWelagedara and coordination of Civil Affairs Officer, Lieutenant Colonel D.A Ahamed on the sponsorship provided by Major General Rathnasingham (Retired).
50 dry ration packs each worth Rs.5000/= was distributed by the Colonel Coord, 51 Infantry Division and Commanding Officer 9 (V) Sri Lanka Light Infantry.
