Mr. Shri Raakesh Natraj, Consul General of India to Sri Lanka in Jaffna met Major General Swarna Bothota, the Security Forces Commander (Jaffna) on 19th January 2023 at Headquarters premises.
Afterwards, Mr. Shri Raakesh Natraj was warmly welcomed by Major General Swarna Bothota. Later, the delegation proceeded to the Commander’s Office and they had an interaction session with Commander Security Forces (Jaffna) and Brigadier General Staff. During the session, general matters to improve notions of reconciliations and ethnic harmony with special focus on community related projects were discussed.
The interaction session, followed refreshment and in compliance with the customary formalities, mementoes were exchanged as token of appreciation. Finally, the delegation and the Senior Officers of the Security Forces Headquarters posed for a group photograph at the Headquarters premises.
