Major General Chandana Wijayasundara RSP USP ndu, Commander Security Forces (Jaffna) as a Chief Guest was invited to declare open the newly-constructed accommodation building, a long-left infrastructure needed for Senior Officers’ accommodation in Thalsevana Army Resort on Sunday 30th October 2022.
As per the conceptual guidance of the Commander Security Forces (Jaffna), Major General Chandana Wijayasundara RSP USP ndu, the newly constructed Senior Officers’ accommodation was handed over amidst blessings of military personnel to the staff of Thalsevana Army Resort, aiming for further development of the living standards of Senior Officers and for the improvement of the infrastructure facilities.
The manpower assistance for the project including their technical expertise, skills and commitment was provided by the troops of the 5th Battalion Engineer Services Regiment.
Senior Officers, troops and administrative Officers were associated with the day’s handover of the consignment.
