In line with the 73rdArmy Anniversary, troops of 551 Infantry Brigade offered a special lunch for the Children and Elders of “Sri Paramananda Children’s and Elders’ Home” at Vathiri, Karaweddy on 9th October 2022.
Brigadier Chinthaka Wickramasinghe USP USACGSC, Commander 551 Infantry Brigade acting under the instructions of Major General Prasanna Gunaratne RSP ndu psc IG, General Officer Commanding of 55 Infantry Division and organized the event with the Major Vijitha Ramyakumara Commanding Officer 16th Battalion of Sri Lanka Light Infantry. Senior officers, officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
