Third English Language Course for Other Ranks in year 2022, organized by the Security Forces Headquarters (Jaffna), on the direction of Major General Sujeewa Senarath Yapa RWP RSP ndu, Commander, Security Forces Jaffna on 27th April 2022.
A totol of 35 other rankers of Security Forces Headquarters (Jaffna) and its units followed the one month - long course.
Major General Udaya Herath RWP RSP USP psc Hdmc, General Officer Commanding of 52 Division, who attended as the Chief Guest in the event.
Course attendees presented their language skills by way of dramas, speeches and dancing in English medium as part of the concluding ceremony.
The General Officer Commanding of 52 Division, gave away certificates to the soldiers who successfully completed the course towards who success completed the course toward the end of the programme.
The 1st in order of merit was secured by Cpl Chandima KPS while Rec Gimhan GGMT and L/Cpl Prebath LGA secured the 2nd and 3rd places of the Course respectively.
Senior staff officers and other rank participated in the event.
