Ms. Tara Feodora Montgomery, Head of Operations, International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) in Colombo visited the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna on Wednesday 10 November 2021 during a visit made to the Jaffna peninsula.
Ms. Tara Feodora Montgomery was accompanied by Mr. Ignacio Javier Martin, ICRC Head for Vavuniya and they were warmly welcomed by Major General Jagath Kodithuwakku RWP RSP ndu, the Commander Security Forces Jaffna.
During the meeting held at SFHQ (J), the Security Force Commander enlightened them on current roles and tasks of the Security Forces in the peninsula. Ms. Tara Feodora Montgomery signed the visitors’ book marking her visit to the North as the Head of the Delegation ICRC before leaving the headquarter.
