Director of Angel International School and senior Pastor of Assembly of God Church Jaffna, Rev Sam Rajasuriar donated essential medical equipments to Intermediate Care Center, Kopay in response to a request made by General Officer Commanding 51 Infantry Division Major General Deepal Pussella on 04 October 2021.
Medical equipment and other accessories for the use of COVID-19 patients were handed over to health authority, during a brief ceremony held at Intermediate Care Center Kopay, adhering the health guidelines.
Ven Meegahajadure Siriwimala Thero, Incumbent of Sri Naga Viharaya Jaffna, Rev Father Jaya Sri, Rev K Rajah-Senior pastor of Assembly of God Church Kondavil, Dr. Sathya Murthi, Director Teaching hospital Jaffna, Dr. P Abiman, senior lecturer University of Jaffna, Dr. Shiva Father Murthi, incharge of ICC Kopay, Commander 511 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier Jude Fernando,Civil Affairs Officer 51 Infantry Division Lieutenant Colonel Krishantha Basnayaka, Commanding Officer 15 SLNG Major Upul Wimalarathne and medical staff of ICC- Kopay were also present at the occasion.
This programme was organized under the guidance of Commander Security Forces Jaffna Major General Jagath Kodithuwakku RWP RSP ndu.
