The troops of the 513 Infantry Brigade of the 51 Infantry Division conducted a series of Shramadana campaign at Muruga Murthi Hindu Kovil premise in Chankanni, Vairavan Kovil and Murugan Kovil premises in Vadaliyadaippu Jaffna on 25 June 2021 on instructions of General Officer Commanding 51 Infantry Division Major General Deepal Pussella RWP RSP and with the supervision of Commander 513 Infantry Brigade Brigadier Mohomad Fariz USP.
Troops of the 11th Battalion of Sri Lanka Light Infantry and 16th Battalion of Gemunu Watch involved with the 'Shramadana' programme under the strict health guidelines announced by the Army Headquarters.
