A brief ceremony was organized by the 52 Division to lay the cornerstone for apre-school building at Navatkuli - Jaffna on Friday, 09 April 2021, on the directions of the Commander Security Force - Jaffna, Major General Priyantha Perera RWP RSP ndu.
Responding to the request made by the villagers during the public meeting with Commander Security Force -Jaffna at Navatkuli village on 30 March 2021, laid this cornerstone for a pre-school.Troops of 12th Battalion of the Gemunu Watch will provide required manpower and technical expertise for the construction work under the supervision of the Commander 523Infantry Brigade. Further, Jaffna troops will provide materials for the construction work.
General Officer Commanding 52 Division, Commander 523 Infantry Brigade, Senior Officers, troops andresidents of the village were also present during this ceremony.
