Team Sergeant of Civil Affairs Team of the US Embassy in Colombo, SFC Derek Morris and Civil Affairs NCO, Staff Sergeant Eric Cray met Commander Security Force - Jaffna, Major General Priyantha Perera RWP RSP ndu at the Office on Monday, 08 February 2021.
During the cordial meeting, the matters pertaining to the Civil - Military Coordination (CIMIC) and Reconciliation process in Jaffna peninsula were discussed. Security Force Commander explained the present state of the CIMIC process in Jaffna. Brigadier General Staff Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna and Senior Officers also participated in the discussion.
