Security Forces Headquarters – Jaffna which always endure to uplift the standards of training programmes for under command troops, organized a lecture on Human Rights & International Humanitarian Law to educate the Officers and Other Ranks serving in Jaffna peninsula on Wednesday 16 September 2020 under the guidance of the Commander Security Forces – Jaffna, Major General Senarath Bandara.
The lecture held at the auditorium of Security Forces Headquarters was conducted by Captain Indika Ekanayake, and enlightened more than one hundred military personnel.
Senior Staff Officers, Officers and Other Ranks were also present at the programme.
