Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Nelson, Senior Defence Official/Defence Attaché and Mr. Seth Nevins, Assistant Defence Attaché paid a courtesy visit to Security Forces Headquarters - Jaffna on 23rd August 2023.
The visiting delegates were warmly welcomed by the Commander Security Forces - Jaffna, Major General SRK Hettiarachchi RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc on arrival at the office. During the cordial meeting, the Commander and visitors exchanged views on civil-military cooperation, social welfare projects, security concerns, development assistance and other general matters in Jaffna peninsula.
Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Nelson, Senior Defence Official/Defence Attaché signed the Visitor’s Book and exchanged mementos marking the significance of the visit to the Security Forces Headquarters - Jaffna. Brigadier General Staff of the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna were also present during the discussion.
