Troops Address by the Commander, Security Forces (Jaffna)

Major General MGWWWMCB Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, the Commander, Security Forces (Jaffna) delivered his monthly formal address at the Auditorium for the Officers and Other Ranks of Security Forces Headquarters and the affiliated Battalions on 01 August 2024.

During the address, the Security Forces Commander stressed the importance of collective commitment. Moreover, he educated how to mitigate stressful situation, work life balance and role of professionalism, importance of discipline at all levels, maintenance of proper coordination for communication, importance of engaging in recreational activities and maintaining of physical fitness, and continuation of excellent dedicated service.

Brigadier KJNMPK Nawarathna RWP RSP ndu, Brigadier General Staff, Brigadier K Weerasinghe USP, Brigadier Admin and Quartering along with 30 Officers and Warrant Officer 1 KAMSK Karunaratne USP, along with 300 Other Ranks, representing Security Forces Headquarters and the affiliated Battalions participated for the address.
