Mr. Olivier Praz, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Switzerland to Sri Lanka and the Maldives made a courtesy visit to the Security Force Headquarters (Jaffna) with the objective of receiving an update on the ongoing community projects of the Army on Monday, 16 December.
Major General MTI Mahalekam WWV RWP RSP USP ndu psc, the Commander of 1 Corps & Overlooking Commander of Security Forces (Jaffna) welcomed the delegation and presented a briefing on the tasked perform by military special focus on community relation projects, security and other general matters of concern.
At the end of the meeting, mementos were exchanged to mark the significance of the occasion and Mr. Olivier Praz left compliments in the Visitors’ Book.
Staff Officers of the Security Force Headquarters were also present during the meeting.
