Colonel Garraux François Philippe, Swiss Defence Attaché paid a courtesy visit to the Security Forces Headquarters (Jaffna) on 12th June 2023.
The visiting Defence Attaché was warmly welcomed by the Commander Security Forces (Jaffna), Major General SRK Hettiarachchi RWP RSP VSV USP ndupsc, Brigadier General Staff and Colonel Coordinator Civil Affairs on arrival at the office. During the cordial meeting that ensued, the Commander of Jaffna and Colonel Garraux François Philippe exchange views on civil-military cooperation, social welfare projects, development assistance and the reconciliation process.
Colonel Garraux François Philippe signed the Visitor’s Book marking the significance of the visit to the Security Forces Headquarters (Jaffna). Moreover, in compliance with the customary formalities, mementoes were exchanged as token of appreciation.
