A group of 30 Army personnel (Other Ranks) from various Regiments serving under the Security Forces (Jaffna) joined a special English Language Training Course ( Number-5) that got to a start on 25th October 2022 at the Headquarters, Security Forces (Jaffna).
Intended to improve the proficiency of English language among the troops in the North, the Course was commenced under the guidance and direction of Commander Security Forces (Jaffna), Major General Chandana Wijayasundara RSP USP ndu.
Colonel KA Pushpakumara RWP RSP USP psc, Colonel General Staff of the Security Forces Headquarters (Jaffna) graced the Opening Ceremony and delivered the opening address, emphasizing the importance of learning English Language. The inauguration of the fifth phase of the Course was attended by Colonel KA Pushpakumara RWP RSP USP psc together with Senior Officers, Officers and SNCOs of the Security Forces (Jaffna).
