On the conceptual directives of HE the president, the Orientation Training Programme for a number of 2078 Graduates was commenced in Jaffna on 14 September 2020 under the sheer guidance of Major General Senarath Bandara, Commander Security Forces – Jaffna.
The training programme is the first stage of the process of recruiting 50000 graduates to public sector, initiated by the incumbent government. The graduates are subjected to undergo residential and practical training sessions designed to inculcate leadership, team building and will augment their professional skills to meet the future goals of public sector.
The whole mechanism of the training is administrated and coordinated by the Sri Lanka Army along with the assistance of District Secretariat – Jaffna.
