The most recently appointed, Commander of the 512 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier HAI Perera RWP RSP USP of Sinha Regiment assumed duties as the 27th Brigade Commander on 21st August 2023 at his office in Jaffna.
The formal military ceremony including Guard Turnout by 14th Battalion the Gajaba Regiment, addressing of troops under command and All Ranks Tea held with the participation of all Commanding Officers, Officers belongs to 512 Infantry Brigade.
