The newly appointed 25th Commander of the 521 Infantry Brigade Headquarters, Brigadier BDTD Jayaratne psc, paid an official visit to the 11th Battalion The Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment on 14 October 2025. During the visit, the Commanding Officer delivered a comprehensive briefing to the Brigade Commander regarding the deployment, operational responsibilities, and administrative matters of the troops. Subsequently, the Brigade Commander addressed the troops, providing valuable guidance and motivation. He also inspected the camp premises and observed the ongoing activities of the battalion.
