Mr. Severine Chappaz the Head of Delegation and Mr. Aleksandr Burov the Head of Sub Delegation representing the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) met the Commander Security Forces (Jaffna), Major General SRK Hettiarachchi RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc on 14th June 2023 at the Security Forces Headquarters. The visiting delegations were warmly welcomed by the Commander on arrival at the office.
During the cordial meeting, the Commander of Jaffna and visiting delegations of ICRC exchanged views on civil-military cooperation, social welfare projects, security concerns, development assistance and the reconciliation process.
