The Commander Security Forces Jaffna, Major General Jagath Kodithuwakku RWP RSP ndu bid salutes to the troops of 51, 52 and 55 Infantry Divisions before coming to an end the tenure as the Commander Security Forces Jaffna. The visiting outgoing commander was warmly and hunourly welcome by the respective division’s commanders in their respective headquarters following the military traditions and the custom on 13 December 2021.
During the final visits to the divisions, Security Forces Commander offered his gratitude to All Ranks serving in respective formations for higher standard of professionalism maintained during his tenure and committed service rendered to maintain a peaceful environment in Jaffna peninsula. Further, the significance of maintaining the security in the area and discipline of soldiers were also highlighted by the outgoing commander.
Troops addresses were followed the group photographs and planting of mango saplings to mark the final visits of Major General Jagath Kodithuwakku as the Commander of the Security Forces Jaffna.
