Extending humanitarian assistance to needy community in Jaffna peninsula, Security Forces (Jaffna) coordinated another contribution by a well-wisher to bestow a new shelter to a deserving family in Kopai, Jaffna on 23 June 2020.
Mrs. Yogendran Yoki of Kopai received a new house with land sponsored by Mr. Vamadeva Thiagendran, Founder and Chairman of Thiyahie Charitable Trust and it was coordinated by Major General Lalith Rathnayake General Officer Commanding 51 Division. The handing over ceremony was graced by Major General Ruwan Wanigasooriya Commander Security Forces (Jaffna), and General Officer Commanding 51 Division, Brigadier General Staff Security Forces Headquarters – Jaffna, Commander 511 Brigade, Senior Officers, Donor and Troops witnessed the occasion.
