The General Officer Commanding of 55 Infantry Division, Major General RKNC Jayawardena RSP ndc, upon his assumption of office recently made his maiden visit to 552 Infantry Brigade deployed at Poonaryn and its under command battalions, 22 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment and 2 Sri Lanka National Guard on 23 August 2023. During his visit he addressed the troops under command.
