Formal felicitation ceremony to newly-promoted Major General EMM Fernando HDMC Lsc AATO, the Commander - Forward Maintenance Area (North) was organized by troops of the headquarters Forward Maintenance Area (North) on 03 November 2023. The parade was given by the 5th Battalion of Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps at their parade ground.
The newly-promoted two star Major General was warmly welcomed on arrival at the premises and subsequent a Guard Turnout at the entrance greeted him in accordance with military traditions.
