In coincide with the monthly Provost Ladies’ Club activity, ‘A Community Care Programme’ was organized by the 4th Battalion Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police on 08 November 2022.
The concept of this masterpiece was given by the President of the Ladies’ Club, Mrs. Inoka Illangakoon and the direction was given by Major General Anil Illangakon, the Colonel Commandant and the Commander Forward Maintenance Area (MLT).
The programme was steered under the supervision of the Commanding Officer, Major KN Indrajith USP Lsc. During the event, 10 dry ration packs (worth of 6750/= each ) were donated to the under privileged expectant mothers in Jaffna area.
The programme terminated with the offering of delicious lunch to participants, who assist in numerous ways to make the programme a success.
