In coordination with Security Forces Headquarters (Jaffna), donates laptops to two students from low income families, who have received University admissions. Roopan Jathursanhe, a student selected for the engineering faculty of the University of Peradeniya and Nilany Sri Skndarajah, a student selected for the medical faculty of the University of Jaffna received laptops worth of Rs. 386,000.00 on 14th May 2023 at Thalsevana Army Resort – Kankasanthurai. Mrs. Julle Capper, residing in Australia had contributed financial assistance to this donation.
Chief Coordinator Civil Affairs of Security Forces Headquarters (Jaffna), Staff Officer 11 (Admin), Principal of Vasavilan School, Mrs. Julie Capper and her husband Mr. Percy Thalgahagoda participated in this donation programme.
