Defence attaches from nine friendly nations paid a courtesy visit to the Security Forces Headquarters (Jaffna) as part of an orientation and familiarization tour of Sri Lanka on 14 October 2025.
The visiting delegates were warmly welcomed by the Commander Security Forces (Jaffna), Major General KAN Rasika Kumara ndc psc on arrival at the officers’ mess. During the cordial meeting, the Commander and visitors exchanged views on civil-military cooperation, social welfare projects, security concerns, development assistance and other general matters in Jaffna peninsula.
Moreover, in compliance with the customary formalities, mementoes were exchanged as token of appreciation.
